A 12-week, project-based program where CTOs, engineers, and founders become agentic engineers. Build and deploy a real web app using Next.js, AWS, Terraform, Claude Code, and SPOQ.
Curriculum Overview
Four phases over 12 weeks, progressing from your first scaffold to a deployed, production-grade application
Phase 1: Scaffold & Ship
Weeks 1–3- Pick your project, plan it with SPOQ, and scaffold with Claude Code
- Build your first pages in Next.js with AI-assisted development
- Deploy to S3 + CloudFront with Terraform and see it live on a real URL
Phase 2: Build Your Backend
Weeks 4–6- Create TypeScript Lambda functions and DynamoDB tables with Terraform
- Design your data model and API endpoints with peer feedback
- Implement authentication and user management for your app
Phase 3: Harden & Automate
Weeks 7–9- Git flow and feature branching for a growing codebase
- Staging and production environments with automated CI/CD pipelines
- Testing strategy and quality workflows with Pinpoint QA integration
Phase 4: Scale & Present
Weeks 10–12- SPOQ Feature Maps: coordinate multiple agent teams building in parallel
- Demo preparation, peer review, and final polish
- Demo Day: present your deployed app to the cohort and graduate
Led by Practicing Engineers
Sessions are led by Pinpoint's senior engineering team. Tuesday mornings are facilitated discussions where the cohort talks through real decisions. Thursday mornings are hands-on workshops where you build your project with Claude Code.
The cohort format pairs you with other founders and engineering leads at a similar stage. Conversations stay relevant, and you build a professional network alongside your technical skills.
